Not recieved my router

Hello. I have not received my router which was despatched last week.
Tried to call customer services but was on hold for almost an hour. Tried again but now cannot get through. Not a good start. I assume I am still in the cooling off period should I wish to cancel if my item is not recieved ASAP. I can others are having similar issues
