Not recieved cheque

Hi there, how do I got about raising a ticket for not receiving my £75 cheque, I got an email long ago to say i would get this and its still not arrived.

Hi there, sorry no this isnt resolved, I have since received an email saying I'm due a £25 refund, what is this, I'm due £75, please advise.

Dear Mr Tolmie, Hi there, hope you are well. As we discussed I have raised a refund for cash back offer which customer never received (75.00 in Total). This refund will be in your bank with 5-7 working days. They will be able to help with your query. Thank you for your patience.
