Not received the reward card email

Hi There .

Pretty much in the same boat (as quite a few others) regarding the  £75 Amazon reward card email.

Joined in June  (24/06/20 activation date.)

Having checked the forums I was supposed to recieved an email link claim the reward. This doesnt seem to be the case.

Ive  checked my spam folder and again nothing.

Have tried the telephone route . However with the plague no doubt hampering call centres it not  practicable to wait for over 15 mins on the off chance I may get through.

Any assistance will be gratefully received

Me too my service went live on September the 8th and still not received my reward card email. It looks like some people have got the issue sorted via the forum so hopefully we will too. I grew a beard waiting for the phone to be answered so tried this way. Will post a thank you if I have any luck
