Not received router, waiting almost 3 weeks, no internet for one week.

Not sure what else to do at this point, waiting nearly three weeks for a router to be sent out to us for new fibre broadband. The engineer came a week ago, and went ahead with the line upgrade regardless, so we've been without our internet access completely since then (the engineer lied and told us we'd still have internet access, just at a reduced speed until the new router came, and didn't look in to it till after they left to find out this isn't the case)
So far customer service hasn't resolved this, two fibre routers were apparently sent out, but never arrived, and now the customer service phone line is closed too so we can't follow up further! I understand that these times are difficult for everyone, but being in isolation and having absolutely no internet connection for that long is extremely frustrating, as we'd just not have bothered even trying to upgrade if we were told that the process would be such a disaster.
