Hi, wondering if you can help. We ordered our broadband last week and our service has activated before we have received the router. I got an SMS on Friday 6th Nov to say it had been dispatched, then an email on Tuesday 10th Nov to say it had been dispatched. Which one is correct? Would be great if I could know when to expect it and if it will fit through the letterbox as it's unlikely anyone will be in.
*P.S apologies, I think this is supposed to be in the fibre broadband topic not ASDL but not sure how to delete or move it now.
