hey forum. slight problem, i joined plus net on 13/11/2020 and was offered a £60 reward card online and during the sign up something went wrong and i was directed to continue this via phone . everythings gone through fine albeit the broadband took a little longer to go up than expected apart from that not an issue,its now 2/12/2020 and ive yet to receive any email to claim my card i was offered and have had no luck over the phone. Ive seen on the forums that they have been able to resolve this so im here hoping somone can assist
