Not received £75 cashback

Hi, i transfered to Plusnet in August and like many others have not yet receieved my promised cheque for £75. Please could this be rectified? Thanks!

I've just checked our cashback systems and I can see that we sent you an email on 10/9/19 which includes a link that you'd need to follow to claim the cheque. 

Please check the email address you gave us when you signed up for an email from no-reply@plusnetrewards.com with the subject line "

Claim your Plusnet Reward" 

Any issues please just let me know.

Hi Adam, i have checked all my emails and did not receive that one. The email address you have is correct. Please could the email be resent?

I am sorry to hear you have not received your cashback, I've taken a look into the systems and can see an email was sent on 30/09/2019 to claim your reward. If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend checking your spam/junk folder.
