Hello, I signed up to plusnet in July. My go live date was 5th August.
I eventually after numerous emails received the email to claim the £50 reward..... BUT I still haven’t received it !!!
Why is this such an effort to actually receive it? You advertise this Reward to new customers,but is anyone actually receiving it?
I sent an email exactly a week ago and that still hasn’t had a reply and your telephone number just says’ we’re busy at the moment ring back later’. That’s been ongoing!
