Hi,
I recently renewed with Plusnet and the contract I took said it included a £50 reward card. My previous contract also came with a reward card and with that one, I received the email in 9 days, signed up, received it and all was good. This time, my contract started on the 15th January and I've still not received the email. I've checked my junk periodically and it doesn't appear to be in there either.
I understand the email to claim the reward is supposed to come within 10 days.
