Not receive the router yet

I order the router on 23 May and set up on 8 June.. Now pass the date and no router. It said router will post before the broadband activation date still not receive the router yet.

I'm sorry to see your new router wasn't ordered automatically in advance of your order completing.

Same here, no router, activation date 8th June, Well not done me proud yet !

Had the same issue and have today recieved 3 routers.....what do I do with the other 2, keep as sparesHuh
