Not been called back

Hi,

 

Phoned the Home Moves team this morning to sort out my house move, and agreed a new contract. Returned to my desk and checked my emails and noticed that the new cost was not what was agreed. I phoned Home Moves again where [CSA Removed] apologized and said he would call back within the hour (at around 9am). I am yet to be called back and now can't get through on the Home Moves phone line? Can anyone advise, as I would like to sort this out quickly as my cost has went up more than was agreed!
