I ordered a Plusnet broadband and phone package (Unlimited Broadband) a couple of hours ago, yet I haven't received a welcome/confirmation email. And when I log into my account and click on the Product and Services tab, although it shows the product it says under Status "Buy"....which doesn't sound as if I own it (I have paid for it, the first month's billing has been taken out of my account).
There's a link that says "Status", to track your broadband order, so I click on that and nothing happens.
I tried calling but there is a big wait time (not a great start).
the reason why I am moving away from TalkTalk to yourselves is because I had hoped that the customer service would be better. So far, it's not great
