No welcome email and can't log in to Member Centre

I'm moving house on November the 2nd and signed up for Plusnet for the new property on Thursday. The site threw up an 'oops something went wrong' page but said all the info I needed would be in my welcome email. So far I've been relieved of £68.98 but have not received any emails and if I try to log into the welcome centre I just get a blank screen (which appears to be an issue affecting a few people - https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Account-Billing/Cannot-Login-to-Member-centre/td-p/1770803). I tried calling yesterday but was on hold for ages and I've sent a Facebook message which hasn't had a reply.
It's not the best of starts!
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I finally got a reply to my Facebook message, apparently the account was never set up, hence the lack of welcome email. The money was on hold so will be refunded, and I've taken out broadband with another company (who have sent me a number of emails, so I'm confident this time!).
