No update on fibre order - disappointed

I am still waiting for my order of fibre broadband to be actioned. The last communication from Plusnet was 7 days ago telling me the system hadn't placed the order properly.

Online chat is unavailable so could a staff member look into this for me please?

Thanks to staff for replying via support.

However I really need to know the order has been placed, accepted and an installation date (or estimate).

Having to chase the order myself is not up to Plusnets usual level of service.

I am very sorry for the issues you have faced with your fibre upgrade order. I have looked into the order for you now and can see it has recently committed on our supplier system with a completion date of 09/11/2018.

Hi

I'd love to say this issue is resolved but it's not quite.

 

Firstly my account still shows i'm on ADSL not fibre.

Can a staff member sort this. I should be on a new 18 month contract at no extra charge to my current pricing. I changed to fibre on the 9th November 2018.

 

Secondly my fibre speeds seem a bit slow compared to what I expected. Can you look into this too?
