I ordered a new Plusnet Fibre broadband on 27th July.
My existing supplier acknowledged I was leaving then told me the transfer had been cancelled by Plusnet.
Question #204474389 was raised by Plusntet saying "No systems SIM order failed replace order SIM2 order".
My order tracking shows I no longer have an open order and have heard nothing and can't get through on phone and no webchat.
How can I know if I will get transferred to Plusnet or what is going on?
