I'm very sorry to hear that the engineer visit didn't go ahead as expected earlier this week. Having had a look into this one tonight, I can see that our Provisioning Team attempted to contact you regarding an issue with the order on Tuesday, but hadn't been able to reach you. Essentially, it looks like there are multiple lines at the address and we need to know which one we're taking over before we can proceed with the orders.
