No router

No router

My Fiber finished setup yesterday but I have not received anything about my router so can't connect. I've also received no information about anything being dispatched. Can anyone give me an update on if the router has been posted, or when I can expect the delivery? I don't have an old router to use while waiting, so I'm paying for the service without being able to access it.

Hi @agsmith508, thanks for getting in touch. I can confirm when looking over your account this side I can see your phone order looks to have completed on Friday however when checking into the broadband side of things I can see your broadband order isn't due to complete until 11/10/21. Although we look to get both services set-up at the same time when we can, sometimes we need to get the phone service set-up before we can the broadband.
We usually send out the router a few days before the broadband order is due to complete, I've gone ahead and got this dispatched to you earlier however and this should be with you within the next 3-5 days.
