No router

I'm incredibly disappointed in PlusNet. My wireless has been dropping out constantly for the last few months and I've called and had the router we have diagnosed as broken.


A replacement router was supposed to have been posted around 3 weeks ago. 

I called over a week ago to check, and the agent said it hadn't even been posted. 

A week later and I've had no tracking, and it still isn't here so I assume PlusNet hasn't bother to post it again.


What is going on?
