No router

So I set up for a switch over from now TV to plus net on the 14th and it is due to go live today My now TV Internet is now off and my New router is not here and the post has been today.. I'm now without Internet other than my phone which is terribly slow and I need it for work as i work from home, Bit disappointed as it states my Current Internet should work until The switchover... Can anyone help from plus net to see if my router is even on its way?

I'm sorry for any problem with your broadband provision and appreciate the inconvenience you may have experienced. I've checked your details and have responded here. If you have a spare Fibre compatible router you can use that to login in the meantime, using your Member Centre login to authenticate your details.
