No router yet

Hi there I’m not sure if it is just our phone line that is active at the moment and if that is the case I’m not sure when our broadband will be live but we haven’t received the router yet and so I just wanted to check that everything is going how it should be, if not please do tell me what I am supposed to do! Thank you Smiley

I started on the 9th
Set up direct debit on 11th
On the 13th my home phone was ready
It is now the 25th and despite being told a router is in its way I am still apparently waiting for the activation date and router to be shipped off, despite apparently now having a plusnet server on my IP? Did I just pay a months worth for a router, is that what will happen I will get it by the 13th? Very confused, not proud!
