No router received

Hi,

My broadband and phone line with Plusnet are supposed to go live on 19/10/18 but I have still not yet received my rounter. Has this router been sent out to my address yet and when should I expect to receive it?

Specifically, does 'soon' mean that the router will be received at my address in time for the live date of this Friday, 19/10/18?

Hi @shaunoreilly,

 

Your router should be with you in 2-3 working days as it is sent royal mail first class.

 

No need to sign for this as it fits through your letterbox.

 

I hope this information helps but should your router not arrive by Friday please feel free to give us a shout!
