No router or sim card

Hi

signed up on 24 Jan but no sign of a router or a sim card for my mobile. Can you please check.

Hi @rayburnside,

 

Your router will be dispatched within the next 1 - 2 working days and be delivered within the next 3 - 5 working days. It'll be delivered by Royal Mail and the package can be posted through a standard sized letter box. I have also transferred this conversation over to one of our Advisers who will be able to look into the mobile query for you.

Full name
