No router or engineer

Dear Plusnet team,

 

Yesterday I was supposed to have an engineer over in the afternoon, and to have my broadband up and running. No one came. I have been trying to contact customer support for two days and it has been impossible. My first months bill has already been paid and I don't understand what the issue with the service is.
