No router supplied, new business broadband customer signed up on 12th December.
Why have you not supplied my router ?

Have you tried any other method to contact customer service? How about the business contact number, this forum is not an official support channel. I find it hard to believe you would wait several days for a response here.

Yes I am using my bt home hub 4
I had to change the user name and password as I have not received the PN router.
I have paid for a router and I have not received it.
I have phoned up 4 times asking for the router.

Just cancel the order for the router,
the whole experience has been very poor,
if I knew what it was going to be like I would have gone elsewhere.
