No router and customer service cut me off after 20 min wait

As I am going live with my fibre optic in 3 days time and still have had no world on my new router (which has been paid for). I thought I would ring customer services as I was aware it takes 3-5 days to deliver the router.

After holding on for 20 minutes, I finally got through and was hung up on by the caller. So not impressed by your service already and I haven't got my new service yet!

Really sorry to hear that you were cut off, let me assure you that there will have been no malice in this.

From taking a look at your account, everything is still good to go for the 10th. Your router is in the process of being dispatched today (there hasn't been any intervention on my part).

Are you ok to let me know if it hasn't arrived by the 9th?
