No router, No info if my line has been connected

I placed my order on 25/09 and selected a connection date of 12/10. I have no idea if my line has been connected and i still haven't received my router. I raised a question with customer support on 16/10 but still haven't heard anything

It looks like the orders haven't been placed due to a system issue.

Its been a month since I placed my order with Plusnet now. I still have no idea if my line has been connected and still no router. I have only been told my order has been "delayed due to the open exception" I have no idea what that means. This is getting ridiculous now. I rely on having internet, my phone bill is currently at £85 because i had to buy more data. I need this sorted
