I had my plusnet fibre activated on 8th July. When i signed up I was promised a £70 reward card. I have just received an email from Blackhawk Network who seem to issue the cards and they have told me that they have been given no details of my application by plusnet. As i have been with plusnet for 12 weeks now i would have thought the reward card should have been issued by now?
Can plusnet help please?
