You can find details on the reward card in the Plusnet Reward Card - Frequently Asked Questions page for how long this will take to be delivered after submitting the online form.

Plusnet seem to wait until customers chase them up.
That's not very satisfactory especially when registered vulnerable with yourselves , why offer a help and support section for users to have to do everything to get an honest answer. Its undue hassle and stress , and plusnet stated it'd all be simple.
Not a great start from the company I must say
