I'm sorry to see you've not received correspondence about your cashback.
Having reviewed this I can see we emailed you on 20-Jan-2021 as promised in our cashback terms and conditions Here within the first 10 days of your service going live.
The email contained instructions on how to claim your cashback and it was sent to the email address we were given when you signed up online as we were provided no other email address.
Unfortunately due to length of time it's been (over 2 months) the form that the email contains has expired on the 20-Mar-2021 and the cashback's forfeit as per the terms and conditions so we'd be unable to send you the reward card.
