No reward card email

Hi, 

I have not received an email with a link to claim my reward card. My Internet went live on 13/10/20 which admittedly was only three days ago but it seems like many other people have had the same problem. Also, the offer ends on the 21/10/20 so I assume if I do not claim the card before that date I will lose it. 

Could somebody have a look into it for me please and perhaps email me the link.

Hi, i also haven't received an email and my broadband went live on the 22nd September. I've tried calling and using the chat but it seems they're so busy I can't get through!

Yes, we have the same thing  with the promised voucher - just a link  that doesn't work - and no way to get help - even the chatbot was busy! Very frustrating. Has anyone had any success?

No reward card and we signed up in July... got an email on 27/08 saying we would get the card within a month. I’m still waiting!
