Hi, my broadband went active in August 2020 but I still haven’t received my reward card email. I was advised it would take up to 10 days. I have tried to get help with plusnet help via twitter through October to no avail. Now trying this. Fingers crossed. If anyone could help I’d be very grateful...thank you
