No reward card e-mail

Hello and good morning,

I signed up on 10 May and have been activated since 24/05 but I have not yet received my reward card email.

The reward FAQ states that I should have received my mail within 10 days.  I have checked my mail junk folder and no reward card e-mail found.

Please can you advise when I will be sent the mail?

I signed up over the phone.  Could somebody possibly look into this for me please?
