On September 1, I received a message that the telephone line was activated. After that, a couple of messages that I can view my accounts in my account.
In my personal account, it is displayed that my broadband is in the process of connecting, wait, the router was not even sent because the order was not completed. Initially, the terms of full connection up to 7 days were announced. At the moment, my work is suffering without broadband!
There is no feedback, it is impossible to get through, what should I do? After all, I wasted time and money!
