No quote on expected time for broadband

Ordered fiber broadband 10 days ago, Land line was activated 8 days ago and i have recieved no further communications regarding the broadband activation or the router, should have gotten a quote on expected activation. Do i need place an order? Is it covid related delay? I'm located in a major city(bristol) so thought there shouldn't be an major delay.

I'm kinda stranded work wise without wifi atm so any way i could speed up the process would be much appreciated

That happened to me too, I phoned up customer service and they said the automated system hadn't picked up my order, so she placed it manually while I was on the phone.

Hopefully... i've tried calling three times but was on hold for 30 minutes each time... will try again
