No progress on order

I ordered an upgrade to fibre on 19th March and have heard nothing since. I can't get through on the phone. When can I expect my upgrade to happen please? 0.6 mbps is driving me mad!

Same here. No-one is monitoring the forums or customer service lines. However, the new sign-up line is fully manned!
