My phone and broadband were supposed to go live today. I have been without both all day, called plusnet who said the order was definitely going ahead today, but still nothing. Now I see on the ticket that my order has been cancelled?! Can anyone help with this? I really need to be able to use my landline ASAP
Spoke to customer service today who told me to plug the router in even though I hadn't been notified and it works! Still no landline though, I ran a test on the line and the last 3 digits of the phone number are back to front. Could this be the issue?
