No order update for weeks?

Hello. I signed up for broadband about a month ago, the go live date is supposed to be today. My old ISP has already cut the connection, so we're just waiting for a confirmation that we're live with Plusnet now. The order tracker says you're waiting to confirm the broadband order, apparently, and we haven't received a router either. The latter is not an issue as I have my own, but it'd be nice to know what's going on - when does my broadband actually connect?

Apologies for the lack of communication there has been with your order. I can see both your phone and broadband are due to switch over to ourselves today, please note it can take up to midnight for full activation but you'll receive an SMS and email upon completion. Your hardware has also been issued out to yourself, as routers are sent Royal Mail 1st Class delivery, I'd expect this to be with you shortly.
