I have been a user of Plusnet ADSL since April 2018, and now that my 18 month contract is over, and I am about to reach the end of the second year of my line rental saver, I was hoping to explore the possibility of upgrading to fibre, depending on the deal.
Unfortunately, when I am logged in I see a warning saying 'An error has occurred. You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress'. There is no phone order in progress, as far as I am aware.
Please check if my account needs action to proceed.
