No live date given and no correspondence after direct debit confirmation?!

Placed my order with Plusnet (to move over from sky) and got confirmation of my direct debit instruction on Monday 22nd October... now over 3 weeks later no further Correspondence received, login page shows “order processing” Huh Any idea when il get an estimated go live date ?? Almost a month since I placed my order with Plusnet and SKy seem to have no idea I’m leaving 😬😬 any advice or update would be massively appreciated:)
