No internet for 2 weeks and still waiting
I have ordered plus net switch. The date of the switch was 16.09.20, today its 28.09 and I still have no internet. No one have contacted me regarding the delay, I needed to made numbers of calls and I am still awaiting... with no internet for 2 weeks! Horrible custumer services, Mr. Jonatan *** have said to me that it was my choice to choose to switch... and now I need to wait.. obviously, my fault that I have decided to proceed with such a terrible company... Good to know and it's very nice if you treat your costumers like that!!!! please do NOT CHOOSE this broadband if you want to actually have the internet!

Amazing, I see its plenty more people still awaiting their order, hope they will contact me by the end of the week, otherwise I am cancelling services!
