No internet during switch

Moving phone line and broadband from BT to plusnet
Phone switched today, but now have no broadband at all. Is this normal?
Broadband meant to be switched on tomorrow

If you've been told broadband completion will be by midnight on 01/11/2018 that actually means 00:00 hours tomorrow which is essentially the end of today.

If you've been sent a Plusnet router you could try plugging it in now even if you haven't been told it's live.
