We've been with Force9/Plusnet since 2004, and with our area now fibre we decided to upgrade our broadband.
Initially I tried via the website, but each time the upgrade process failed with no explanation. Finally managed to upgrade via a phone call, and was told our activation date was going to be 18th October paying the increase from the following billing date (which is 2 days away).
I've heard nothing since, no update on the question raised on my account, and no sign of the new router. How can I find out what's going on?

Sorry about the lack of communication with regards to your fibre order.
it's due to happen on the 26th. You'll receive an automated email in the early hours of the morning to advise your product change to complete but I'd expect the work to be completed during normal business hours.
So by the evening you should be on fibre.
