No gift card email

Hi I recently joined Plusnet beginning of july and i havent received the gift card email. Can anybody point me in the right direction to ask about this please. thanks Sam

I can indeed see you should be getting a reward card for £70. We'd normally email you within 10 days of your broadband going live so I'd expect that you'd likely receive that within the next 24 to 48 hours.
