No gift card email

Hi,

I signed up on 5th May and have been activated since 13/5 but I have not yet received my gift card email.

The reward FAQ states that I should have received my mail within 10 days. 

Please can you advise when I will be sent the mail?

nb. I did not sign up via a cash back site.

Sorry to hear this.

 

I can see that an email was sent on 14.05.2020 to the email address we have on the account. I am sorry to read that you haven't received this.

 

I have now claimed the cashback on your behalf and you should receive it within the next 30 days. Please do let us know if you have any further questions!

Thanks for looking into this for me, much appreciated.

Just checked my inbox, junk and deleted items folders to double check I’d not received the mail but there’s no sign of it. Is it ok if I DM you my email just to double check it’s correct (guessing it must be as I received my activation, direct debit mails etc).
