had engineer appointment booked for morning of 01/10/2020.
Late morning on that data I received a text message saying engineer was unable to make the appointment and asking if i was available that afternoon. I immediately replied to say that i was (within 30 seconds). No engineer arrived.
Same evening i received a message from Plus net saying that my order was delayed and someone would be in contact to provide next steps. Nothing has happened.
Tried phoning customer support. Call was ended by automated service due to 'call volume'.
Can someone provide an update on what on earth is going on?
