No date given to go live

Recieved my plusnet modem over a week ago, signed up about a month ago but still no activation date given for broadband to be activated? Can someone please tell me when this will be?

I'm sorry to hear you've had no updates on your order.

After checking your account I can see you spoke with our support team yesterday who have advised your broadband order is due to complete today.

As soon as the order is complete we'll send you a text/e-mail confirmation 

 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Good Morning @Ctester1999, I am really sorry that the order has not yet complete.

 

I have taken a further look at this and can see there is a delay showing, I have contacted our suppliers for further information on the delay and have updated the open ticket here: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=219309484 with the latest information.

 

Our team will keep you updated on this and I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused in the meantime.
