No contact after signing up for Phone/Broadband

I placed my order on November 16th 2018, and plusnet immediately took the payment.

I’ve had no contact since, any my phone line and broadband has now switch off from my current provider meaning I’m completely without phone or boardband.

I’ve had NO correspondence from Plusnet, I cannot get through via phone, chat, messenger.

Someone needs to get in contact with me immediately before I’m forced to take this to the Ombudsman.

I'm sorry to hear you've not had any updates from us at all. I've just checked and the order has been progressing but the activation of your phone line has encountered a delay. I'll get this chased up with our suppliers today and will come back to you with an update.

Thanks Adam. I expect a reply today as we are currently without phone or broadband and have not received the plusnet router either.

Hi there, I'll update you as soon as I've been able to speak with our suppliers. We don't send the router out until the date for the broadband being connected has been confirmed.

Thanks Adam. We are not bothered about the same number so if it makes it quicker please proceed with a new number. If it is Monday then when will the Broadband be activated?
