I got an email yesterday saying my broadband is ready to use. Tried to connect yesterday, couldn’t. Tried again today, still getting a flashing red broadband light.

@Slam777 What service are you on ?/// ADSL or Fibre..... What router/modem are you using... (trying to use?) more helpful information such as this, may get you some help.
