No confirmation. Don't know if order accepted.

This morning I attempted to order fibre broadband. I recieved a online payment confirmation (see attached file) but when I tried to set up a DD and clicked the next button I was returned to the start page! I've waited to see if I'll recieve an email confirming my order or the DD set-up but nothing has, as yet, arrived. How do I find out if my order is active, whether the DD has been accepted and when I might expect the broadband to be activated?
