No communication

I ordered broadband weeks ago, and the installation date is supposed to be tomorrow, but we haven't heard anything or received a router

I'm really sorry to see we've not given you an update on your order. Unfortunately this is due to a mistake we've made, but I've passed feedback on about this, so we can try to learn moving forward.

I can see you've since phoned us and an adviser's raised this with the right team to process your order. We should be able to confirm your installation date for an engineer visit within 24-48 hours.

Feel free to post back if there are further issues or anything else you'd need help with.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
